WHAT IS ASTHMA?
Asthma is a chronic lung disease.
Swelling ofthe airways inflammation causes asthma symptoms.
Sensitivity to external factors of airways in asthmatic humans has increased.
Inflammation by blocking the air flow frequently causes respiratory distress.
These breathing problems and respiratory distress are called asthma attacks.
inflammation, even in seizure free non-complaint period between asthma
attacks, can be found in varying degrees.
Factors that trigger asthma attacks
Colds and other respiratory infections
Pollens
Exercise
Pets
Feather of birds
House dust
Dust mites
Chair Powders
Cockroach
Industrial and Chemicals
Smoke of Cigarette
Smoke of Stove
Cold Weather
Air Pollution
Recognizing asthma symptoms
Whistle when breathing in chest
Tightness in chest
Compressing when breathing
Coughing very frequently
Coughing while moving or after a move
Coughing constantly at night
All thing considered one of the most recognizable symptoms of asthma is
coughing
The most important of the factors that trigger asthma attacks:
1-Virus infections like colds or the flu virus
2-Upper respiratory tract infections (angina, tonsillitis, head of sinus
inflammation)
3-Allergens : Pollen , mold , pet hairs , cockroach debris.
4-Air pollution
5-Foggy weather
6-Cold weather
7-Harmful gases in the workplace or homa air (smoke of stove in kitchen)
8-Exhaust gases
9-Dust
10-Violent movements (all kinds of exercise causing rapid breathing)
11-Car or home ventilation
12-Smoke of Cigarettes, smoking , smoke of others
13-Fragrant substance
14-Irritant vapors, fumes

my cousin is alergic to polles and dust. she coughes whenever she is exposed to pollens and dusts.
